Ms. Gay-Ellen Stulp has more than 33 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, working in both technical and management roles. She is an expert in incident investigation and root cause analysis, human error prevention and lean six sigma. She developed the incident investigation program for a multinational corporation establishing all aspects of the program from standards for certifying instructors to the quality audit program for investigation reviews. She also established, taught and facilitated the human factors assessment and improvement process for a multinational corporation. Through this program, the organization saved millions of dollars from numerous human factors improvements that were sparked by the process Ms. Stulp developed and facilitated.

She teaches several courses for Сòòò½ÊÓƵ including various levels of incident investigation/root cause analysis and human error prevention.

Ms. Stulp earned a BS degree in Biology/Chemistry Group Concentration and Chemistry from Calvin College and an MS in chemical engineering from The University of Michigan.
