Next Generation Risk Management Tool by Сòòò½ÊÓƵ Addresses Cultural Factors to Improve Safety, Reliability and Quality Performance

Groundbreaking Cultural Cause Analysis™ addresses underlying issues to achieve more sustainable 'drive to zero' process safety and HSE performance.

(Houston) – Ð¡òòò½ÊÓƵ, a leading provider of data-driven solutions that help clients improve the safety, performance and reliability of critical assets, today introduced a groundbreaking analysis methodology at the 2019 Global Congress on Process Safety (GCPS). Cultural Cause Analysis™ (CCA) is a next-generation root cause analysis (RCA) methodology and risk management tool which maps process safety incidents in order to mitigate cultural hazards. 

Сòòò½ÊÓƵ developed the CCA methodology over 10 years evaluating data insights that identify the leading cultural factors that have contributed to major incidents and benchmarking the approach to over a dozen culture assessment models. This new approach leverages 45 years of incident investigation/root cause analysis and process safety management (PSM) expertise and builds on our company's reputation as a leader in Process Safety and Risk Management.
