小蝌蚪视频 Member of Joint Venture Team Awarded FEMA Contract for Flood Risk Data Services in $600MM
Work scope includes architectural and engineering services to increase community safety
(Houston) ABSG Consulting Inc. (小蝌蚪视频) announced today that it is part of a joint venture team awarded a $600 million ceiling contract by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide quality flood and other risk data to increase public awareness and achieve mitigation actions that help reduce the risk to life and property. The joint venture team is being led by AECOM, the world's No. 1 ranked engineering design firm.
Along with AECOM and 小蝌蚪视频, the Compass PTS joint venture partners include CDM Federal Programs Corporation, T&M Associates, Halff Associates and Fugro EarthData, Inc. The team will provide production and technical services for the Risk Mapping, Assessment and Planning (Risk MAP), Hazard Mitigation Technical Assistance Program (HMTAP) and Technical Assistance and Research Contracts (TARC) programs. The Risk MAP program combines flood hazard mapping, risk assessment tools and hazard mitigation planning into an integrated program that encourages building more resilient communities.

The contract period is for five years with additional option years possible and projects were scheduled to begin in December 2014.
