Сòòò½ÊÓƵ supporting BSEE in development of inspection procedures for offshore wind farms.

(Houston) Ð¡òòò½ÊÓƵ delivers strategic advice in the rapidly growing offshore wind market. The US government recently contracted Сòòò½ÊÓƵ to assist in developing inspection procedures that will help promote the safe and efficient operation of these facilities.

Сòòò½ÊÓƵ was contracted by the Department of Interior's Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) to support the development of inspection procedures for offshore wind farms. The project will include a review of the domestic and international offshore wind farm inspection regulations, standards, and best practices for the inspection of the assets. Based on this review, Сòòò½ÊÓƵ will develop recommendations for the types of inspections that should be conducted, the inspection procedures that should be followed, and the components that should be included in the inspections. In addition, Сòòò½ÊÓƵ will identify training that should be delivered to inspectors, with particular consideration given to basic safety training.
