Right-Sized Maintenance: How to Adopt World-Class Practices

February 28, 2019 | 10:00 am CST

This webinar will demonstrate the application of an Economic Performance Indicator (E1) to determine if your existing maintenance strategy is cost effective and competitive. Participants will learn how to measure the E1 Performance Metric. Calculating Maintenance Cost as a percentage of plant replacement asset value (RAV) is a first step for improving the cost of plant performance. Maintenance organizations may be perceived as either a burden or a competitive advantage. The objective of this discussion is to convey the importance of having a robust reliability strategy at a competitive cost of implementation and sustainment.

What We Cover:

  • The value of the E1 Performance Metric for optimizing / right sizing your maintenance strategy
  • Utilizing E1 within the annual budget process
  • Application for an asset lifecycle management roadmap
