His experience includes due diligence for plant acquisitions and divestitures, major maintenance outages, alignment of acquired assets with corporate procedures, risk management, project management and NERC compliance. Caron had held the roles of Power Plant Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Asset Management and more recently, Director of Power Advisory.
