IBM Maximo Asset Management: Ensuring Continuous Improvement and Sustainability

Implementing an enterprise asset management (EAM) system requires a well-organized teaming approach to avoid common pitfalls that reliability professionals have faced over the past 20 years. Experience has shown that all stakeholders need to be heard and all organizational goals need to be considered, but these two areas may be overlooked. In our decades of experience, we have documented the issues that most often lead to implementation program failures and what makes projects ineffective (i.e. siloed, overly customized and a lost investment).

This webinar will review a repeatable process to help organizations 1) follow generally accepted maintenance and reliability best practices, 2) establish and meet short terms goals and 3) establish long-term guidelines that promote system compliance with organizational targets.

What We Will Cover:

  • Developing an all-encompassing team approach
  • Project fiscal responsibility
  • Organizational reliability requirements
  • Maintaining quality every step of the process
  • Efficient design process
  • Rapid development and deployment
  • Testing and training
