How to Achieve Optimal Results Across Your EAM Supply Chain

October 26, 2023 | 10:00 - 11:00 am CDT

Organizations spend significant effort on reliability and maintenance strategy improvements, but they often tend to overlook optimizing the fulfillment of spare parts and consumables required to support these strategies. You can have the best preventive maintenance program in place, but if you don’t have timely delivery of required parts and services, the strategy breaks down, delays occur and costs rise.

External dependencies for organizations are an unavoidable reality, and to achieve optimal results, it is imperative to gain visibility and control with vendors, contractors and suppliers. Combining a solid asset management strategy and featured technology can allow you to fully integrate supply chain-related data with suppliers to provide needed visibility and electronic data exchange for control and automation.

In this webinar, you will learn how to improve maintenance planning, on-demand requests for parts and service efficiency and overall productivity by streamlining supply chain processes and enhancing your asset management strategy.

What We Cover
