How Advanced Leak Detection Strategies Can Help You Achieve ESG Goals

June 1, 2023 | 10:00 - 11:00 am CDT

The Power of Natural Gas - Advanced Leak Detection

Natural gas leak detection is an overlooked emissions driver that plays a crucial role in helping organizations achieve their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals. From reducing greenhouse gas emissions and minimizing health and safety risks to enhancing your reputation among customers and stakeholders, the benefits are indisputable. Natural gas maintenance is an actionable step you can take to reach your organization’s sustainability goals while saving money on energy bills.

As new guidelines and reporting standards emerge, such as the ones in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), many organizations find themselves at a loss on where to start or require a touch point to confirm their progress.

Implementing a natural gas leak detection and maintenance program acts as a much-needed foot in the door for ESG efforts and can provide prompt results, including enhanced ESG scores, swift energy savings and quantifiable proof of sustainability actions towards your organization’s goals.
