Russ Mokrouz is the Director of Operations - Implementation Services at ABS Consulting. Mokrouz is experienced in EAM software implementations, information technology (IT) project management, quality management and organizational leadership. He has more than 20 years of demonstrated all-around computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) implementation project expertise, from project planning, business process reviews, system configuration, technical documentation and validation to user acceptance, training and post-implementation support. Mokrouz has proven expertise in Calibration business processes, design and integration and is competent in Pharmaceuticals, Transmission and Distribution business processes, design and CMMS integration with numerous EAM/ERP computerized systems.
Prashant Sharma, Delivery Head - EAM360
As the Delivery Head at EAM360 Mobile App for Maximo, Prashant oversees the delivery of EAM360, Maximo Application Suite (MAS), and Maximo 7.6 implementations globally, drawing on over a decade of experience in managing end-to-end lifecycle projects. Recognized for his technical expertise and community leadership in the Maximo domain, Prashant holds the title of IBM Champion for 2022 and 2023. Prashant possesses a robust functional and technical background in Maximo and related products, including MAS, Spatial, Utilities, Life Sciences and Calibration. He is adept at Maximo configuration, integration, customization, administration, performance tuning and migration. His hands-on experience extends to the development and deployment of mobile products such as EAM360, Syclo, Data Splice, and Maximo Anywhere.
