Cybersecurity Compliance for MTSA Facilities - American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers

September 16, 2020

Cyber attacks are growing in frequency and intensity, making industrial control systems at critical ports, terminals and petrochemical facilities increasingly vulnerable to potential incidents.

On March 20, 2020, the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) released its Navigation and Vessel Inspection Circular (NVIC) 01-20, which states that regulated facilities must address cybersecurity in the required facility security assessment (FSA) and facility security plan (FSP).

In this webinar presented for the association, Сòòò½ÊÓƵ cybersecurity experts Dennis Hackney and Marcia Lee discuss how to navigate NVIC 01-20 to comply with the updated regulations, which are slated to go into effect on September 30, 2021. Learn how to develop a roadmap for integrating cybersecurity into existing policies and procedures at your facility.
